Aluminium joinery is the envelope of the building: the façades, the curtain walling, the windows, the doors and the balustrades that join the inside to the outside. AHMA fabricates and installs these elements to millimetre tolerances, because they govern air and water tightness, thermal and acoustic insulation, and the finished appearance of the building. From site measurement to the last profile fixed in place, every step is carried out by the company's own teams.
Aluminium gives AHMA considerable architectural freedom: slender sight lines, large glazed areas, high thermal performance. By keeping this trade in-house, the company ensures precise coordination between the structural works and the envelope, prevents defects at the interfaces and controls both the quality and the installation schedule.
