BMC 3 business centre, Ben Moulay Center in Marrakech.

The BMC 3 business centre, Ben Moulay Center, extends the Ben Moulay series of business centres in Marrakech. It brings together ground-floor showrooms, widely glazed onto the street, and office floors above, spread over several thousand square metres.

AHMA BTP worked on the building and its fit-out, from the structural works to the finishes: structure, façades, joinery, suspended ceilings and lighting. The projecting frame around the façade and the pale stone bands give the building its silhouette.
