A hotel complex of international standing.
In Marrakech, AHMA is working on the Hôtel J.W. Marriott Cherifia site, a five-star hotel complex combined with the R.I.A Residences. The programme brings together a hotel of international standing and a residential component, set in extensively planted grounds.
AHMA is delivering the structural works and the waterproofing across the whole development. On a hotel programme of this level, those two packages govern all the fit-out: the geometry of the structures must hold to the millimetre to receive high-end finishes, and the waterproofing must be faultless across flat roofs, planted areas and the many water features.
This development shows AHMA's ability to work alongside private clients on luxury hospitality projects, with the same demands on deadlines and quality as on its public buildings.
