The project
A business centre in the heart of Marrakech.
The BMC 1 business centre, Ben Moulay Center, brings together office floors spread over several storeys and several thousand square metres. The building houses offices of many kinds, with ground-floor retail and the circulation that serves them. The façade alternates brick bands with wide glazing, and the shopfronts at street level animate the pavement.
AHMA BTP worked on the building and its fit-out, from the structural works to the interior finishes: lobbies, landings, joinery, suspended ceilings and lighting. The works are complete and the building is in use.
