A university facility for Cadi Ayyad.
For Université Cadi Ayyad, AHMA BTP built the Centre des Langues (Language Centre), a facility for applied languages attached to the Arabic language faculty in Marrakech. This higher-education building, in keeping with the rest of the campus, gives the city's students a dedicated setting for language learning and adds to the university's academic standing.
AHMA's remit covered the construction of the building in full, bringing teaching rooms and reception areas together in a carefully considered architectural treatment that continues the existing campus. The company coordinated every trade and watched over the quality of the finishing works, an essential condition of comfort in a teaching building that receives large numbers of people every day.
The project illustrates what AHMA BTP is: a main contractor working for public contracting authorities since 1998. In giving Marrakech a university facility built to last, the company confirms its roots in the region and its ability to support institutions in building the infrastructure of learning.
