A provincial hospital, from structure to finishes.
The Centre Hospitalier Provincial de Tinghir (Tinghir Provincial Hospital) is a key piece of health infrastructure for the province and its inhabitants. A building of this kind brings care closer to the population and strengthens the health network across the region. Built for the contracting authority Équipement Tinghir, it is now entering its completion phase.
AHMA works here under two successive contracts. The first covers the structural works and the waterproofing, which give the building its structural base and make it weathertight; the second covers the floor and wall finishes, the suspended ceilings, the joinery, the painting and the external works. That continuity calls for rigorous coordination across the trades and a standard of finish equal to the demands of a care facility.
The project illustrates AHMA's main-contractor model: a single point of contact carries the building from its structure to the last details of handover. Founded in 1998, the company places the Centre Hospitalier Provincial de Tinghir within a record of public contracts delivered for the country's regions.
