Extending a hospital in operation.
In Fès, AHMA is building the extension to the Ibn Al Hassan psychiatric hospital for CGI Management, under a single-package contract. By increasing the capacity of a facility dedicated to mental health, the project answers a public-service need central to the city and its region.
A single package places every trade under the full responsibility of the main contractor, giving the contracting authority a single point of contact and a coherent execution. Working inside a hospital that remains open also calls for strict phasing of the works, uninterrupted access and circulation at all times, and firm control of site disturbance, requirements AHMA's teams build into every stage of planning and execution.
The project illustrates what AHMA has done since 1998: work alongside public and institutional contracting authorities to deliver the facilities a region depends on. In Fès, the company confirms its commitment to public healthcare buildings.
