An Olympic pool, two contracts delivered.
In Tétouan, the indoor Olympic pool built for the Agence pour la Promotion et le Développement du Nord gives the city a covered sports facility. An indoor Olympic pool demands a carefully controlled envelope, in which structure, waterproofing and user comfort work together. The building forms part of the wider effort to equip the north of the Kingdom, driven by its contracting authority.
AHMA carried out two contracts here. Package 1 covered the structural works and the waterproofing, the structural base of a building exposed to permanent humidity and to strict watertightness requirements. Package 3 then covered all the finishing works: mechanical services, electrical works, floor and wall finishes, joinery, painting, suspended ceilings and the lift, with close coordination of every trade.
Taking on first the structure of a facility of this kind and then the whole of its technical finishes shows the breadth of the company's scope. The project confirms AHMA's standing as a main contractor, active in public procurement and committed to the regions of the Kingdom. It reflects a constant method, from the structural works to the last detail.
