The project
Living in the heart of Rabat.
In Rabat, AHMA is building the Résidence Les Rosiers for the Agence de Logements et d'Équipements Militaires: a residential development of 91 homes, 3 caretaker lodges and 13 retail units. A mixed-use programme that brings housing and local shops together in a single building, in the heart of the capital.
Run as a single package, the project draws on AHMA's teams across every trade, from structural works to finishing works. Now nearing completion, it demonstrates the company's expertise in urban collective housing and mixed-use buildings.
