AHMA built the Askior mosque on behalf of the Direction provinciale de l'Équipement, du Transport et de la Logistique d'Azilal, the contracting authority for the project. The building stands in Demnate and carries the official title Mosquée Askior Demnate. Its function is that of a place of worship: it is given over to prayer.

A slender minaret rises above the rest of the building. The roofs are covered with green tiles and the façades are finished in a salmon-pink render, whose pale tone stands out against the green of the roofing. Around the building, wrought-iron lampposts light the surroundings, while palm trees and olive trees planted in the foreground form a restrained setting.
