Training the trades of tomorrow.
In Guelmim, the Cité des Métiers et des Compétences (Trades and Skills Campus) for the Guelmim-Oued Noun region belongs to the national new-generation vocational training programme. It gives young people in the region a modern learning environment, designed to bring training closer to the real needs of the local economy. In that respect it is a key facility for the region as a whole.
For La Foncière CMC, AHMA built this complex and its dense mix of uses: workshops, training centres and communal spaces. The work required rigorous coordination across the trades and execution matching the standards of a national network of new facilities. Every space was handed over with the level of finish that a teaching building in sustained daily use demands.
The project illustrates AHMA's role as a main contractor serving major public contracts. By delivering a training facility in the Guelmim-Oued Noun region, the company confirms its local roots and its ability to deliver buildings that prepare the skills of tomorrow.
