A sports facility for Larache.
In Larache, AHMA built a semi-Olympic pool on behalf of the Governor of the Province de Larache. Handed over to the city, this public aquatic facility gives residents and sports clubs a place to train and to learn to swim, in the service of local sporting life.
AHMA's remit covered the whole operation, from the pools to the halls and the plant rooms. A programme of this kind demanded particular rigour in the waterproofing of the structures, in the quality of the finishes and in the coordination of the building services an aquatic facility depends on. The teams ran the site to a proven method, from site preparation through to the finishing works and handover.
The project illustrates AHMA's position as a main contractor working for public contracting authorities. It reflects the company's commitment to the regions it serves and its ability to deliver local facilities that shape community life for the long term.
