Ingénieur d'État (state engineering degree) in civil engineering or equivalent, master's level.
The role
Within the estimating department at head office, you price the public tenders that drive the group's growth: hospitals, courthouses, sports and cultural facilities.
You analyse the tender documents, draft the technical submissions and defend the bids through to award, working directly with executive management.
Your duties
- Analyse tender document packs, quantity take-offs and technical particulars.
- Seek quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare the technical submissions and bills of quantities.
- Defend the bids through to contract award.

Proven experience of Moroccan public procurement.
Profile sought
- Precise pricing and an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in quantity take-off and planning tools.
- The ability to distil complex material, and strong drafting skills.
