Vocational building qualification or a two-year higher diploma (building, public works).
The role
On the ground, you are the backbone of the site: setting-out, formwork, reinforcement steel, concrete pours. You organise the day-to-day work of the structural works teams and ensure the work is built to specification.
You work in direct contact with the works manager and pass the company's craft on to the teams you supervise.
Your duties
- Organise the work of the structural works teams.
- Set out the works and check that they are built in accordance with the drawings.
- Track the supply of materials and equipment to the site.
- Enforce safety rules across the work area.

Experience
10 years in structural works, including 3 as a site supervisor.
Profile sought
- Faultless reading of technical drawings.
- Natural authority and exemplary conduct on site.
- Available for assignments across the Kingdom.
