The Délégation Générale à l'Administration Pénitentiaire et à la Réinsertion entrusted AHMA with the construction of the Prison locale de Tan Tan (Tan Tan Local Prison). A prison building leaves little margin for error: the works follow the contracting authority's specifications and meet the security requirements particular to this type of building.

The contract title, "Travaux de Construction de la Prison Locale de Tan Tan en lot unique", shows how it was awarded. A single package means one contractor for all trades, with no split between several companies. AHMA therefore runs the operation from end to end and coordinates every activity on the site.
