Built for the Direction provinciale de l'Équipement d'Azilal, this administrative building rises two storeys in Azilal, at the edge of a tree-lined road. Its façades are of coursed stone, with surrounds that emphasise the openings, and its roof is covered in red tiles. The building stays restrained overall: it is the material that carries it, not effect.

The contracting authority is the Direction provinciale de l'Équipement d'Azilal, a public administration operating at province level. The building therefore falls under public procurement: what it shows reflects on the institution that occupies it. AHMA acted as main contractor.
